FantasyTV on a TV: the game, the score bug, and the user's players with live fantasy points

What it does

One screen for your whole fantasy Sunday.

  • AutoTuneRanks every live drive by your starters on the field, field position and down, and switches to the one that matters most, with a countdown you can cancel.
  • Catches big plays before they airESPN reports plays before your stream shows them. When one of your players breaks a big one in another game, the TV gets there in time to watch it.
  • Never sits on a commercialDuring a break it switches to a game that's actually playing, and goes back when yours resumes.
  • Your players on screenCards for your players in the game you're watching, with live points and headshots, plus your matchups and live win chances.
  • Touchdown momentsYour player scores and his photo pops out of his card. Touchdowns in other games wait until they air, so the moment is never spoiled.
  • Spoiler-safeScores, popups and switches all follow your stream's delay, never ahead of it. Sync it once by typing the game clock you see.
  • Split screenTwo of your drives hot at once? The game on screen moves left, the other plays muted on the right.
  • Your phone is the remoteSettings, the channel for each game, rewind and alerts, all from your phone on the same Wi-Fi.

Questions

Where do my logins go?

Only onto your own TV. There's no FantasyTV account and no FantasyTV server: the app talks to your IPTV provider, ESPN, Sleeper and GitHub (for updates), and nothing else.

How does fantasytvapp.com/remote find my TV?

The QR code on your TV includes its address on your home Wi-Fi. Your phone keeps it, and the website never sees it (it's after the # in the link, which browsers don't send). Next time, fantasytvapp.com/remote opens your remote straight away.

Can I rewind?

Yes, the game you're watching: ◀ on the TV remote goes back 10 seconds, up to a minute, from when you tuned in. Other games can't be rewound; switching to one starts it live.

Does it include channels?

No. FantasyTV plays your own IPTV subscription; it doesn't provide streams.

Can I try it without a game on?

Yes: Practice Sunday in the phone's settings runs simulated games any day of the week.
